The 2026 New Mexico Conference on Aging, presented by the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department, will take place September 23 and 24 at the Glorieta Conference Center.
This annual conference brings together older adults, caregivers, professionals, advocates, and community members for two days of education, connection, and valuable resources related to aging in New Mexico.
Respite Care at No Cost to Families
Caregivers can participate in the conference with greater peace of mind knowing their loved one can receive respite care from Vista Living Care at no cost to their family. This service is made possible through funding from the State of New Mexico.
Our team is honored to support caregivers by providing compassionate respite care while they attend conference sessions, connect with resources, and enjoy the event.
How to Request Respite Care
When completing the conference registration form:
- Find the question, “Which category best describes you?”
- Select “Caregiver” in addition to any other categories that apply to you.
- Complete the remaining registration information.
Selecting “Caregiver” is important because it helps identify attendees who may need respite care during the conference.
