A warm and homelike atmosphere where residents with dementia are treated with kindness and respect. The staff is experienced and attentive, the food is tasty and geared toward specific dietary needs, and the residents are able to engage in activities that range from gentle exercise to art to movies. The back area has a putting green, a small garden, and a pen for a pony, goat and ducks. It's a welcoming environment for residents and their friends & their families. Initially, I felt deeply conflicted leaving my L.O. there, but he is more socially engaged and safe than he could be at home.
