Medical Assistant

Sierra Vista | Full-Time

Support the health and well-being of our elders by administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with outside healthcare providers, and helping ensure safe, thoughtful care every day.

Top Qualifications

  • Medication Administration training and certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare is preferred, along with knowledge of medical terminology and elder-care practices.
  • Strong communication skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare providers.
  • Ability to participate in the on-call/Manager-on-Duty rotation.

Engagement Specialist

Sierra Vista | Full-Time

The Engagement Specialist combines welcoming front-desk support with meaningful, hands-on engagement. You will often be the first friendly face families and visitors see while also helping create activities, personal connections, and enjoyable moments for our elders.

Top Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and the ability to complete required employment screenings.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, activities, or administration is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Ability to participate in the on-call/Manager-on-Duty rotation.

Activities Director

Sierra Vista | Full-Time

The Activities Director plans and leads meaningful programs that help our elders stay active, connected, and engaged. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning what makes each elder smile, encouraging participation, and creating memorable experiences.

Top Qualifications

  • Experience planning activities in senior living, healthcare, residential, or hospitality settings is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead engaging programs for elders.
  • Ability to collaborate with care teams, families, and community partners, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to participate in the on-call/Manager-on-Duty rotation.

Kitchen Manager

Vista Hermosa | Full-Time

At Vista Hermosa, mealtime is about comfort, connection, and care. The Kitchen Manager creates seasonal menus, prepares nourishing meals and snacks, manages food and supplies, maintains an organized kitchen, and works closely with the caregiving team.

Top Qualifications

  • A genuine love of cooking for elders and building meaningful relationships.
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to quality, cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and solution-focused approach.

Facilities Manager

Sierra Vista and Vista Hermosa | Full-Time

The Facilities Manager helps keep our homes safe, comfortable, functional, and welcoming. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, general repairs, groundskeeping, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and facility improvements.

Top Qualifications

  • Facility maintenance experience is preferred, along with knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, OSHA standards, life-safety requirements, and building codes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, and the ability to complete required background and clearance processes.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

Vista Living Care Memory Care Homes

Personal Care Attendants provide compassionate, hands-on support to elders living in our Memory Care homes. Responsibilities may include assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals, and daily routines. PCAs also create meaningful connections, support a comfortable home environment, and communicate changes or concerns to the care team.

Top Qualifications

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing personalized, dignity-centered dementia care.
  • Experience supporting elders or individuals living with dementia is preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, and the ability to complete required screenings.
